I just made a decision to stop at the Midland Hotel Manchester, certainly not knowing what to look for, it looked extremely huge over the internet, but usually you are dissatisfied. However I can frankly declare it was among the best hotels I have ever had the delight of staying in! If you are in search of hotels in Manchester look absolutely no more: The Midland offers it all. Conveniently based in the heart of the city, this Grade II listed treasure oozes luxurious, comfort and style, and enjoys a brief history which leaves other Manchester hotels out in the cold. Over the course of its 100 years history, The Midland Hotel has welcomed kings, queens, presidents and rock superstars.

Moreover, the red-bricked Victoriana which Manchester is famous for is perfectly seized inside the structures of The Midland Hotel. The hotel’s characteristic style continues on the inside, where you’ll find opulent decor, wealthy fabrics as well as twinkling chandeliers.

Among the best points, the French restaurant together with fantastic food, atmosphere, attentive and hospitable service is one of the best on the globe. We had dinner there and it became a totally memorable dinner. The service has been second to none without having to be outrageous and also the food has been tasty. The ambiance has been amazing, just a shame, a few of the fellow guests did not feel the importance to dress properly….We’d absolutely return to the Midland. It is not inexpensive but worth it.

Wе arrived in the early afternoon, checked in and went up to our own bedroom. The room appeared to be big, beautifully embellished, wonderful bed and the bathroom appeared to be all you may wish for. My bedroom was on the sixth floor and appeared to be fortunate to possess a corner suite with a beautiful panoramic view of the city, the room was of a good size and extremely clean along with innovative decoration, with a very pleasant bed. I enjoyed the bedroom that much I made a decision to have a room service breakfast which was served hot and at the moment I requested.

Furthermore, the staff, from receptionist to bedroom cleaner, all were really welcoming, respectful and i had a sense of being part of a team. The Resident Manager appeared to be expert and really useful if a little bit fluffy. The staff appeared to be fantastic and always accessible to assist. They even provided us with cutlery to enjoy our Chinese take away in our bedroom! They could not have been any nicer or more heedful. No question appeared to be far too silly; no information was too insignificant to give. I fully suggest a stay at the Midland Hotel Manchester!
